The desire to make this film grew out of a desire to mix genres. Here, fantasy meets film noir and body horror. The rough, realistic setting is confronted by unreal characters who conjure up an imaginary world akin to fantasy. The idea is to transcend the constraints of the various genres. To create a new kind of story that will surprise viewers and lead them into a universe at the crossroads, guided by the desires of the main characters.
